What we do:
Through the work and dedication of its members, Friends has organized semi-annual book sales, a community-wide read, raffles, a comedy dinner evening and much more. The coming year holds the promise of more to come with another community read in the works for the spring. Check back for information.
Where it goes:
Membership and fundraising dollars go to support the Raynham Public Library and the ongoing work of the Friends. Money raised for the library has purchased an outdoor coming events sign, an oversized easel for pre-school storytime, museum and zoo passes, as well as supported the Summer Reading Program. Our community read is growing in popularity and social events are in the works for the coming year.
How you can help:
Membership costs very little and means so much. Join Friends of the Raynham Public Library. Get involved with any of the events and programs we sponsor. All dues and gifts are tax deductible. Members and non-members are welcome at our meetings. We meet on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the library's Meeting Room.
